A Creative Workshop for Reflection & Self-Expression
Discover the beauty of poetry as a doorway to creativity, reflection, and personal expression.
Poetry has a unique way of helping us slow down, notice the world around us, and find words for experiences that can be difficult to express. Whether you've loved poetry for years or haven't read a poem since school, this workshop offers a welcoming and approachable introduction to experiencing and creating poetry.
Join Lauren Kelly, LCSW, for a thoughtful afternoon of reading, reflection, and creative writing. Together, we'll explore a selection of inspiring poems, respond to gentle journaling prompts, and experiment with writing our own words in a relaxed, supportive environment.
There is no right way to write poetry, and no experience is necessary. This workshop is about curiosity, creativity, and discovering your own unique voice—not perfection.
