Intuitive Painting Circle
$50.00

Paint without a plan. Slow down. See what emerges.

What happens when you give yourself permission to paint without worrying about whether it is good, beautiful, or finished?

The Intuitive Painting Circle is a small, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore creativity without a predetermined outcome. Rather than following a painting lesson or trying to create a particular image, you'll be invited to follow your curiosity, experiment with color, line, shape, and movement, and respond to what emerges on the canvas.

This isn't about making the "right" painting. It's about making space for yourself.

All painting materials are provided. Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting a little paint on. A journal is welcome but not necessary.

Come curious. Paint freely.

What to Expect

Each gathering will include:

🎨 An intuitive painting invitation
A simple prompt or starting point to help you begin—without telling you what your painting should become.

🌿 Grounding & reflection
We'll begin with a brief grounding practice and weave in moments to pause, notice, and reconnect with yourself throughout the process.

🖌️ Time to explore
Plenty of uninterrupted time to paint, experiment, layer, change direction, and follow your own creative impulses.

🎵 A supportive atmosphere
Music, gentle facilitation, and a relaxed environment where quiet is welcome and sharing is always optional.

📝 Optional reflection
You may be invited to journal, step back and notice your experience, or simply spend a few moments with your finished—or unfinished—painting.

💛 No art experience required
There is no critique, comparison, or expectation to create something "good." Come as you are and see what happens.

A Little More Than an Art Class

Intuitive painting can offer a different kind of space for reflection and self-exploration. By slowing down and paying attention to our impulses, sensations, emotions, and responses, the creative process can sometimes help us notice things that are difficult to access through words alone.

The Intuitive Painting Circle draws from Wildflower's therapeutic and body-based approach while remaining a creative community experience rather than group therapy. You don't need to have a particular concern or therapeutic goal to participate.

Come because you're curious. Come because you miss making things. Come because you need a little space to breathe.

There Is No Right Way to Paint

You don't need to consider yourself an artist.

You don't need to know what you want to paint.

You don't need to understand your painting afterward.

There is no critique, comparison, or expectation to create something “good.” You're simply invited to pay attention to what interests you and follow your curiosity.

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to paint quietly, connect with others, or move between the two.
