Rather than following a painting lesson or trying to create a particular image, you'll be invited to follow your curiosity, experiment with color, line, shape, and movement, and respond to what emerges on the canvas.
This isn't about making the "right" painting. It's about making space for yourself.
All painting materials are provided. Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting a little paint on. A journal is welcome but not necessary.
